i) Gyandeep School is open for admission to boys and girls irrespective of their caste and social status.
ii) The school opens registration and admission for classes Pre-Primary and XI from January every year.
iii) Registration forms are available at the school counter on payment of prescribed fee.
iv) Registration does not guarantee admission. New admission for other classes is made subject to the availability of vacancies in each class in the month of March after the declaration of the annual results.
v) A candidate seeking admission to classes other than Pre-Primary must bring a School Leaving Certificate from the school last attended along with the Progress Report and Character Certificate.
vi) A student seeking admission to Pre-Primary classes must bring a photostat copy of Municipal Birth Certificate and Aadhaar card. The date of birth entered at the time of admission will not be altered.
vii) If a child is found fit for admission, the guardians/ parents must deposit the prescribed dues and other funds in time .
viii) The admission to 10 + 1 is provisional, subject to clearing.
tenth std. examination. The student will have to be withdrawn from the school in case he/she fails in class X examination or gets compartment even if he/she has paid the fees and/or has attended the classes.


Documents required at the time of admission

Admission to any class will start in the 1st week of January, if seats available, for which parents can contact the school office. Documents to be attached with Application Form to be filled in by selected candidates after the verification of original documents.
a. Photocopy of Municipal Birth Certificate of the child.
b. Photocopy of proof of residence eg. Ration Card, Electricity bill, Passport, Voter Id, House tax receipt(any two in the name of child’s parent) .
c. Parent’s Id Proof.
d. Recent passport size coloured photograph of the child.
e. Photocopy of Marksheet of previous class.
f. Original T.C.
